Scream 3 soundtrack

Scream 3 was not the greatest movie of the then trilogy; however, it is my favorite soundtrack.  The first soundtrack comes in at a close second.  To be honest I cannot remember hearing these tracks anywhere in the movie, but then again it has been a good while since I've seen it. 

Since the 4th movie came out, I thought this would be the perfect chance to review this wonderfully heavy track list.  Slipknot, Finger eleven, incubus, System of a Down, Godsmack, Fuel, Orgy, and hell of a lot more graces this soundtrack.  It was released in 2000 and it definitely shows.  These bands were on the height of their careers.  This is a heavy list of artists and each track is heavier than the next.  Remember Creed??? well they also grace the album and I have to say they were actually decent at that time.

This is what I would consider a typical "scary movie" soundtrack.  Compared to the scream four, it is a lot heavier.  However, there are some slightly softer tracks from  Creed.  Some of the slower tracks are still quite heavy like system of a down and finger eleven.  There is one upbeat single by American Pearl.  Im not familiar with American Pearl as the other bands, but they are just as great, just poppier.  All this needed was some NIN and it would show a nicely compilation of some heavy bands of the late 90s to early millennium.  Some heavy hitters are on this album. But dont worry  its not metal like slayer, instead just heavy riffs and great melodies.  It will definitely get you adrenaline pumping.  Go for  run with this stuff or just listen to it because its awesome!!  great for hallows eve. so go and enjoy it like it should be enjoyed.
